Job description: Start spreading the Good News of Jesus to the nations who live in New York City. Partnering with Filipino-American pastors and believers, you will reach out to the diverse nationalities that live in Queens, New York. Utilizing a community center for classes in Martial Arts, tutoring high school students, and music, you will interact with the nations. Having experience in these skills is a bonus, but not required. You may also use sports such as basketball, soccer and volleyball in a nearby park to meet students and adults to start conversations that lead to the gospel and discipleship.

Job description: Go from village to village, playing basketball, showing the Jesus film and sharing Christ with hundreds. You will also disciple new believers. Live out of your bag, wash your clothes by hand, and sleep wherever a door is opened. Be a part of the next wave of Nehemiah Teams obeying the Great Commission. In partnership with IMB missionaries & national church planters, you will become a part of Filipino culture, make friends through sports, and make disciples in this very hard place. 

Your first stop will be a joint orientation in the US with other Nehemiah Teams. Learning the skills needed to carry out your assignment as well as team building will fill these first few days. Then your team will head overseas to your final destination. Following your ministry time you will return to the US for a joint debrief, sharing all God has done over the summer. It is expected that team members participate in the entire program from orientation through debrief

Job description: Your main task will be as an English as a Second Language teacher among adults. In this role you will meet many, build relationships & have opportunity to share the Gospel. It's our desire that the team enter this situation as an open learner, willing to hear about their culture, faith & language. While you learn about their faith, you can seek opportunities to share yours. In addition to sharing the gospel in person, you will also spend time adding gospel content to our social media page.

Job description: Be a part of pushing back darkness in Indonesia. Go deeper in your walk and put on the full armor of God. You will have opportunities daily to engage people with the good news and to see how prayer, your testimony, and the Word breakdown strongholds. This will not be an easy summer, but it will be very rewarding. This summer will require you to be a self-starter, intentional in sharing the gospel, and dependent upon the Holy Spirit. Your first stop will be a joint orientation with other Nehemiah Teams. Learning the skills needed to carry out your assignment as well as team building will fill these first few days. Your team will fly to your final destination for the summer. Following your ministry time you will return to the US for a joint debrief...sharing all God has done over the summer. It is expected that participants attend the complete program from orientation through debrief.
