The True Water

Last Wednesday and Thursday we gave out clean water filters which we like to call  “pots” because they literally look like a garden pot... and the True Water. 

Praise be to our Master we saw 6 people receive the Son as Lord and Savior!! They will be followed up with by our local friend who is starting a house church. 

Pray for these new believers & those who will be faithful to come alongside them as they grow in their new faith.

Blinded by the god of this world

This week we were able to go to the main Buddhist temple in the country. We also listened to and later prayed with a future Buddhist monk. 

My teammate was able to share the complete Gospel with another man who was also there. Sadly, he was very closed off to the Gospel—he has been blinded by the god of this world.

Pray for these two men, that the words shared will continue to resonate with them, creating a desire for more truth about the One True God.

Village Teaching

I had the privilege to teach in the village to about 30 believers about one of my favorite Bible characters, David. The newer believers were so excited to hear about the story of David! Following the telling of the story, they had incredibly Spirit-led responses to the questions we asked them.

Pray that these believers will be encouraged by the lives of the Biblical characters they learn about & that they will apply what they learn to their own lives.

Pray the teaching of the newer believers in the village would go well and that they would be brought closer to the Son.
