Moving Forward

Our team has spent the past three weeks in southern  Cebu getting to know the people & the kids. We've been sharing the gospel, starting Bible studies, and encouraging the few local believers. 

We've worked alongside the local healthcare workers, helping them take blood pressure and give lessons on nutrition and other healthcare topics. 

We have been able to bring the hope of the Gospel to a community of people who are hurting and so desperately need it. 

We have seen the Lord's faithfulness and goodness through all circumstances and have found rest in the promise that God's grace is sufficient and will carry us. 

After a few days of mid-summer break, we will move to another barangay (village) to continue the same type of ministries. We go forward, into the rest of our time here and into the next village boldly and confidently, leaning on the Lord's strength, not our own.
