Charley and I have been in TDM for two days now. We
found a local university where we met Mr. V, a university staff member. He
took us to visit one of the college's English classes where we were introduced
to 40 students! They had tons of questions about us and about American culture.
They even had us sing the Star Spangled Banner!
After visiting with the class, V and some of the students took
us downtown to eat crab soup. For both of us, it was the first time on a
motorbike!

After that, the volunteer coordinator brought us back to her home
where we had a traditional dinner and got to share stories about cultures.
Please be praying about this relationship with V as it will be
vital to future plans.
