hey everyone!
this is my last update! sadly, this is my last week here in the village. On Thursday i'll be heading to chiang mai and back to the compound in Chiang Klang for local debrief.
 
I personally wanna thank Nam Tuang Hmong Baptist Church for requesting me and Happy Xong for being my national
 
May God's grace be with you guys and may you faith continue to grow and stand firm.
 
And I also wanna thank Nehemiah Teams for this awesome summer with unforgettable experiences and also the chance to deepen the faith of the Hmong Church here in the village. God bless!

When you grow up??

I asked the kids what they wanted to do in the future...this kid said that he wanted to be a pastor!   God bless this kid! 

Pray for those God is encouraging through Peng this summer... pray for fruit that will remain!

Worshipping together

Today, my national partner & I brought a guitar to school. We gathered some of the believers and worshipped God together. It was awesome!!

A long wait

Last night, one of the moms from the church came over to the place where I was staying. She wanted me to translate a piece of paper for her. I asked, "How long did you have this for?" and she said, "Three years."
 
It turns out that the piece of paper was a prayer.  She waited three years for someone to translate it for her. Bless her heart.

Hmong Village Update

I've been doing good everyone! It's not as hot as you think it is because it's the rainy season. I've been helping to strengthen the faith in the church. God is truly amazing and good. This upcoming weekend, I'm going to preach!  Pray for me! For strength and that may the Word of God speak through me!
