Meet the Crossroads Long Island Team!

Meet the Crossroads Long Island Team!

Josh, Jared, and Talon have gone through a five-day training in Alabama where they have been trained in evangelism, various religions, team building, and Bible study.
They are excited to go Long Island, New York where there will be working with Crossroads Church.
They will be working with two multi-ethnic Hispanic Congregations, doing evangelism and discipleship and helping coordinate several short term mission trips.

Josh is the team leader.  He is a senior computer engineering major and math minor at Mississippi State University.  During his time in college, he has begun to feel a call to the ministry, focusing on world missions.  He enjoys travelling, hiking, sports, and problem solving.  He is praying about going to seminary in the future.

Jared is a 19-year-old sophomore at Northeast Alabama Community College where he is a nursing major.  He plans to go to seminary after graduating college.  He loves sports, especially football, volleyball, and ultimate Frisbee.

Talon is a sophomore at Northeast Alabama Community College and hopes to attend Auburn University to major in chemistry and University of Alabama at Birmingham for medical school.  He loves whitewater rafting, hunting, fishing, and playing the harmonica.

"What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you."
