A door was opened when our neighboring barangay (village) had their annual fiesta. (A celebration for the patron saint of the village). During fiesta, the entire barangay goes house to house, feasting and sharing meals with one another. We didn't plan to attend until we were invited to eat at the home of the barangay captain (think the mayor of the village). We agreed & dined with her and her officials at her personal table. We formed many connections & are going back again to share the Gospel with some of her officials.
Pray that we share the Good News clearly with our new friends.
